Forget that you're 'not good with women anyway'. That doesn't matter, and will get you nowhere. Make a move, dude. Worse she will say is a polite no. If you land a date, don't hesitate to brag on here!

Yeah, it is pretty subjective. For example, I asked an exotic dancer if she wanted to make out and she yelled at me in front of everyone, informing me that she wasn't some cheap prosttute.

Edit: But apparently, 60% of them must be cheap prosttutes, because most of the time they make out.

You uhh, definitely live in an area that doesn't have high volume to places like that. I visited Chicago back in September for a buddys wedding, and..well, 400 bucks got ya half an hour in the back(with nothing promised) and 600 bucks got you an hour. I don't think 20 would get you anything more then a peck on the cheek or maybe them sitting on your lap and talking to you for a few minutes.
