What I don't understand is this.
If Joshua Graham failed Caesar at Hoover Dam why was he allowed to leave the Dam, travel all the way back to the Grand Canyon with the Legion before he was burned and thrown in the canyon?
Did it truly take Caesar that long to decide his fate for the failure at the damn? Wouldn't it have been easier to just of set him on fire at the dam? Probably not since the NCR were breathing down Caesar's neck. Even so, there are other places to have set him on fire and thrown his remains.
On top of all this. Why did Joshua go back to Utah? I'm hoping that is explained in the DLC.
