Need writers

Hey,

I'm looking for someone to help me with the writing process of creating an in game story mod, I will deal with the in game issues, I just need stories that really keep people interested. You will get your individual credit obviously...

I have already created one quick mod for testing purposes with my terrible writing skills and it turned out pretty good.. in the mod the player received a note from a riddler claiming he had stolen the persons items and to receive those items back the player would need to go through a series of riddles to get his/her items back, it was good but my story was not.

Pre-CK limits me to certain things but I can add text to books and notes etc which is why the riddles idea was good because it relied entirely on notes.. So it will be in notes/book form, the player will receive the book/note and be given a riddle/hint/other piece of a puzzle that gives them a purpose to find the other notes/books.. I find this way of questing better then the current way of questing in Skyrim, it is much like when you find a journal in a dungeon and you get a story to go with it, the story needs to be a quest of sorts to keep the player interested obviously.

Anyways, let me know if you're interested here, in PM or email at shawk@shaw.ca. Throw me some examples too, can take more then one writer but looking for quality over quantity.

Thanks.

Interesting; I am a writer. Though, skill level is only determinable by others I guess. Anyways, to the point; Your riddles and Journal usage for this or these quests brings me back to Morrowind. Specifically the Ashland-Tribe quest in finding Azura's Cavern. Oooh. . . . that riddle was evil to complete when I first started it.. . .

The issue is the draw has to be completely within the riddles/story themselves, much like a savenger hunt, I can place the books/notes anywhere I want, but I can't do any NPC intereation etc.. it just is to hard without the CK right now.

I can place traps etc so far though.

Well, this is getting to late December, meaning the CK isn't too far off. For now, you have plenty of time for perfecting your dialogue and word choice, storyline, and everything in-game you can actually work on.

I'm guessing you are able to plant items in different areas, that is, the items to be found?

If so are you looking for riddle type directions to different places where "lost" items can be located? What if the area were already "cleared".

I can think of quite a few things you could do if you can add items for example:

"You must follow his pet to his statue on high
there lies the jewel of the Gleaming red eye."

Of course you would need to add the "Gleaming Red Eye" under the statue of
