I went to neils shack and talked to him and got the crazy, crazy, crazy quest. Then he ran ahead and I got killed and got reloaded from an autosave in sloan. So I trek to neils shack again and there is no neil, I walk around I go up the mountain, there is no neil anywhere. So I can not initiate the Crazy, etc quest. Now neil is nowhere even if I reload an even earlier save and go to neils shack there is no neil, I sleep in his bed and wait around for hours, neil does not show.

Does anyone know where I can find him or at least does anyone know Neil's base-id so I can spawn him in? Or any other solution?
