Nerzhul, the original lich king

Post » Tue Jul 24, 2012 2:15 am

Okay I really want to make an evil character based on the character Nerzhul from warcraft lore. I know he was an orc shaman who used magic and fighting and then got torn to bits by the dread lords when he tried to escape their wrath for betraying them. But now he is the lich king's pieces of heavy armor and frostmere, so should I make an Orc and give him conjugation, destruction, heavy armor, two hand, and illusion for fear? Any tips would be big time appreciated

I think of Nerzhul as more of a mage character than a warrior. Personally I'd drop the 2h and heavy armor and instead go with cloth (robes) and 1h for bound sword, though even that is stretching it a bit as like I said he was more of a warlock.

If you're talking about playing him after he was 'killed' how would that work? Are you roleplaying as the armor/sword that possessed a person? In that case race wouldn't matter that much.

I'd go more mage too. For weapons, use magic staffs. Keeping in character, work up enchanting for clothes or a mage weapon such as a dagger. I've found that the tiny added instant death of Mehune's Razor seems to happen more than 2% of the time plus it's a pretty darned good weapon as well. Add sneak perks and it becomes awesome.

So yeah, conjuration, one hand / charmed dagger, enchanting and sneak along with a bit of destruction and you got it. I'd not use two handed, shields or heavy armor at all.

He had a skull-faced tattoo, so I'd suggest a dragon priest mask, which is close enough to a skull shape.
