I can't connect to the internet on my computer. The status lights on my comtrend powerline adapters are solid red, the ethernet lights green, and the AP lights are off. I have reset the adapters and the modem numerous times. When I ran the diagnostic, it came up saying "network adapter has no valid ip configuration". I have searched online for solutions but have not come up with a working solution. Many thanks if any of you can help me.


p.s. It is only my computer that can't connect, so I suspect it is my adapters that have a problem, and I should also add that that I use 64-bit windows 7.

p.p.s It also connects to an unidentified network, which in turn cannot connect to the internet
