Is it possible (like in Oblivion) to get sent to jail repeatedly to lower your skills then gain new levels above the max level obtainable with out cheating it. and if so does this allow you to choose more perks?

Play on 360 so no console commands, thinking of owning Skyrim on the pc will just make me sad otherwise lol also I ask not to use the cheat (as I do like to rp my characters) but eventually I will want to try and make a God character and for my own curiosity, was wondering if on consoles it is at all possible?

Still on first play through and not gone to deep into main mission so please no major spoilers if it can be helped, thanks.

In short: no. Skyrims prison system does not work this way.

When you're sent to jail in Skyrim, it only erases your progress toward the next skill-up rather than actually decreasing your skills. Sooo no.
