New bugs with 1.4, anyone else had this?

Started a new character after patch 1.4 on master, and when giants are down to about 1/3 of their health and I turn away (running usually to dodge the hits), they literally disappear. Not all of them, only some, also only seems to be giants.

They also seem to be appearing in wierd places, such as outside Whiterun, or by Riverside. Guards aren't bothered either, they won't attack the giants even if i'm engaged in combat with them. I understand they tried to fix some bug with giants and the atronach effect, I presume they have messed some other giant related things up.

The last one I've noticed, is that some enemies are invisible when attacking me. They are still there, and I can hit them but they aren't visible. I've seen another topic regarding invisible dragons, seems like a similar bug.

This is pretty annoying, not huge bugs, but my patch 1.3 game (Xbox btw) was flawless and I didn't suffer any of the things they claimed to fix. Anyone experienced any similar bugs?

not yet, fingers crossed though.I have noticed that my frame rate is kinda funny and I'm on xbox as well, and it only started after the new patch, flawless up till now as well.

Not that one. But when starting a few new misc quests, the quest arrows did not show up right away. I finished a few regular quests and then they suddenly showed up.

Haven't seen that yet, but I still get frequent crashes. Thought it was the hires textures so I disabled them (they caused CTDs without warning, but I'm low on mem with only 2 gigs). Haven't seen DX9 crash and/or cause corrupted textures on me yet, but the game still hangs at pretty much the same conditions.

I haven't run into that, but I hit a really weird one last night.

There was a Imperial Courier outside Riften. I tried to talk to him and he ran. I turned invisible and gave chase and when I caught him at the SE gate I tried to time a strike to kill him. He dies, but I didn't hit him and my invisibility was still on for a few more seconds. I wanted to drag him to the lake, but then went the raise undead route and hit him with a zombie staff. He starts to rise, so I turn around and walk towards the lake for ~3 seconds, then I turn around and he is gone. Just plain gone... ain't nothing on the detect undead radar... gone.

It made the 2mph dragon I had encountered earlier seem ordinary.

I encountered an invisible area inside Lost Knife Hideout. The ground was there, but the NPCs went invisible when they passed through it. I could hear them yelling and got the “talk to Vorstag” option, but couldn’t see them. It seemed that there was a table with items on it, invisible but for the “pick up whatever” messages. My character was getting slaughtered by the area’s inhabitants when this happened so I didn’t really take notes, but it was odd.

There's also a swirly effect around my unenchanted ebony bow. Sometimes.

I just had a giant disappear on me whilst running for mine very life, after this latest patch. Not a sound. Just...poof, he is outta here.

fresh install, 1.4 update, first run game crashed during the opening scene riding the wagon. Popped in my alternate start bat file and change starting location. Never had a problem since. I certainly didn't want to relive the start of the game, over and over and over.

Beth should have added a save option right before leaving Helgen (or the cave after it), a la Fallout 3 and NV. My character always looks different when I can finally pan around and really look at 'em.

I encountered a new problem while exploring Silverdrift Lair today. Draugr Deathlords armed with Ebony Bows shooting my character through walls or solid objects. Don't know if its due to 1.4 or due to Deathlords and Ebony Bows.
