new caracter help

Post » Wed May 30, 2012 3:52 am

hey, so i really need your guys opinion on something. i would like to know what caracter i should make next. i already have an orc warrior -sheilds, once handed, heavy amour, smithing and enchanting. it has been bugging me on what my next caracter should be. i havent done any of the main questline on my warrior so i will proberly finish that first but i would like to get it sorted on what i should try out next. i love playing my warrior. and enjoy getting close up in the battle. i have mainly levled him trough the companions quest and smithing, trying to get dragon amour as quick as possible... cheating i know so my next caracter will be more if i want good gear i have to find it. i already have 2 caracters in mind. a mage assasin using conjuration weapons (daggers bows) and sneak to get bonus attacks and then when spotted going into full destruction mage and summoning being to help with the fight , then usuing resto to heal up after fights or a light amour dual weilding (proberly go daggers or sword with some bow attacks) thief ... the only problem is i get screwed over sometimes with heavy amour... and thats on the seacond lowest difficulty so it makes me think that this game kinda favours heavy over light for survivability.

can you please help me decide =S also if you have a suggestion of a class build i havnt stated above please do tell. also feel free to refer to your own caracters and exsperiances.

(p.s i know there may be spelling errors in this but i dont care so dont be a grammar nazie)

For your Mage assasin,i play one and hes realy thrilling, If youre realy spotted then you can use your bound Weapons for Closecombatfun :) they get advances from 1 Hand perks as well :). maybe include good Illusion for calming Enemies who have spotted you.

If you like getting up close, go for a Khajiit/Argonian/Dark Elf assassin, using One Handed, Sneak, Light Armor, and Pickpocket.

And for the love of God, CHARACTER. It has an h.

A lot of people complain about Mages on these forums, and in some ways I understand it (Limited robes that all look the same, not enough spells) But I am still a fan of the class. If you use EVERY school of magic like a true Mage should the game is a thrill. Fears, runes, Atranochs, Chain lightning's, Alteration armor, and DON'T forget about those [censored]in' ward spells. So my vote is to play a Mage with either 1H or Archery. Take enchanting and alchemy as desired.

Jack of all trades, makes the game a longer and you can kind of be who you want when you want plus you get good at all of the skills

i under stand what you mean but you would have to be a pretty hight levl to be good at everything =P im the kinda person who with a caracter whats to focus on key things
i guess a mage specilised with bows would be good since there probs be no point going one hand if i can sneak range them and then when spotted use destruction magic to pick off the last few
