Anyone notice that a lot of Skyrim's creatures/NPCs been updated quite a bit now?

Pretty much all Vampires have their own armor now.
Female Falmer and new Falmer Armor.
Skeletons been updated (Which is a good thing since the original Skellyz were all one-hit-kills...)
New Dragons
New High Level Spriggan (Earth Mother)
Um.. Anything else I'm missing? I swear there was something else I've notice...

Anyways.. As for questions... Do Gargoyles Respawn at all (Or Spawn somewhere else)? They were pretty kool and would be nice to fight some more.

And are there any Vampire Lords that will spawn or is Lord Harkon the only one?

lord harkon is only one you fight.
gargoyles can spwn in wilderness,and i sen some in bloodlet throne (i think thats what the place is called)
also werewolves spawn at night.
also charus hunters (the flying ones)

Vale animals in the Snow Elves valley.

I noticed Bloodlet Throne, which was in the game before Dawnguard, has some gargoyles in it.
I'm not sure if other places got them.
And yes, they do respawn. Found some more going through the back of Volkihar castle again.
Also, Chaurus hunters, which spawn in places outside of the DLC. Found some in Blackreach.

I have found gargoyls statue and living in vanila vampire lairs like bloodlet throne(i belive thats the name of one) as well as updated falmer huts in vanila places

i dont think so.

what about the falmer warmongers, nightcrawler vampires, those 2 epic dragons you fight in the vale(scripted), charus hunter fledgling(weaker and smaller than chuarus hunter)
