For touch spells I can see an awesome killcam, grab/ pick up by throat and then ingulf in chosen element.

I envisioned the Killcam where, having sneaked up on your target, you lick your finger and then tap them with it.

I would love to see new spells as another addition to Skyrim... Possibly these:
#1: Heat Tsumai: Create a big wave of searing fire toward the enemy that staggers them while lighting them on fire....
#2 Ice Ravage: Create a shockwave under the enemy which explodes with a big ice spike under them...
#3 Polar Flare: Throw a powerful ice like blast at the enemy that explodes while creating a blue glow freezing them and near by enemy's....
#4 Thunder Ball: Through a tesla like bubble with electricity in it while it explodes strike multiple enemies...
That's my ideas... I have more but I'll post them later :smile:

Heat Tsunami sounds like Fire Breath shout. Ice Ravage sounds like a stronger Frost Rune. Polar Flair sounds just like Ice Form shout. Thunderball sounds like Chain Lightning, or maybe like Storm Call.

shield spells,

We already have shield spells. They have names like Oakflesh, Stoneflesh, Ironflesh, etc.

anyone else want to see lightning spells effect everything in water if cast at water? sparks thrown at water imo should sparks damage everything in the water (including you if you're in it)
