NEW DLC! Hearthfire

Post » Thu Jun 14, 2012 7:13 pm

Could very well be. I recall seeing one of these for Dawnguard a while ago.

It is Zenimax though, so it could even be something for that abominable TES Online.

Sometimes i wonder about people like you. Like you have a special link to your phone for whenever something pops up under a specific name.

Its quite concerning, the speed at which people post things like this.

Hearth Fire is a month in TES equivalent to September.

Very nice find.

Here are more details based on the information in
http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Calendar

Heartfire is the ninth of the 12 seasons in the Elder Scrolls universe. It is considered to be a Fall (Autumn) month. (by our definition).

Annual Events during Hearthfire
  • 1st of Hearthfire: The Rites of Moawita practiced by the Psijic Order
  • 3rd of Hearthfire: Tales and Tallows - A celebration of Necromancy. Many citizens fear this day, and avoid the streets
  • 6th of Hearthfire: Khurat is celebrated in the Wrothgarian Mountains
  • 12th of Hearthfire: Riglametha held in Lainlyn.
  • 19th of Hearthfire: Children's Day celebrated in Betony.

This just in! Jarl Skald the Elder is paranoid and delusional, and should be removed from office as soon as possible.

http://tarr.uspto.gov/servlet/tarr?regser=serial&entry=85634522

Zenimax have registered "Hearth Fire" under "Computer game software for use with computers and video game consoles; downloadable computer game software offered via the internet and wireless devices"....
It's exactly the same document that had been released first about Dawnguard: http://tarr.uspto.gov/servlet/tarr?regser=serial&entry=85546517

Good find! How did you do that? :)

Tales and Tallows sound interesting. And the Psijics. I just recently did some looking into the Psijics and I think some sort of dlc involving them would be interesting.

1st of Hearthfire: The Rites of Moawita practiced by the Psijic Order

I hope this means that the Psijic Order will play a major role in a greater CoW questline.

Perhaps proof that Dawnguard is finished and will be released during E3 or shortly after. That would be a nice surprise at the Microsoft Press Conference.

Wait a second....
If we jumble the letters from "hearthfire" around a bit...
Take away some letters...
Add a couple more...
Put them together...
We get "DLC where we go to Summerset Isles and fight the Thalmor"!
Next DLC confirmed!
