[Brainstorm]New Found Lands

Hey folks,

I'm currently working on a little side project that expands the New Vegas map borders to make use of the whole land instead of only 65% of it. I'm using this http://maps.google.de/maps?hl=de&q=las+vegas+maps&um=1&ie=UTF-8&hq=&hnear=Las+Vegas,+Nevada,+Vereinigte+Staaten&gl=de&ei=OdADTdvfO5SL4QaL8ZGCCg&sa=X&oi=geocode_result&ct=title&resnum=1&ved=0CB8Q8gEwAA as reference and try to implement the following settlements: Halloran Springs, Mesquite Wilderness, Death Valley, Sandy Valley, Sky Range Estates, Calvada Springs, Crystal Springs, Indian Springs, Cactus Springs and the Valley of Fire national park. I'm aware of the fact that some of thoose settlements are fictiv and not exactly possible to be placed on the vanilla NV map, but the intention is more about creating more content via settlements and townfolks that life there and give quests. I've placed map markers and opened some of the invisible walls to actually make it possible to reach thoose settlements. I started working on the town of Sandy Valley, which already features 10+ buildings and a copple of NPCs. I don't feel comfortable with releasing this very early Alpha version, since there is a whole lot more ground to cover. Here's a map that shows the overall planned settlements:

I want your input about what should be put into this plugin and what not. And if you want to contribute to this project, let me know, I'm going to send you the plugin. Needless to say that his project will take a long time, when done by a single person.

This seems good, I do have one nitpick though: Death Valley is too expansive and far away enough that it just seems like it would be a good idea to rename it, or remove it. Better yet, perhaps you could make an entirely new worldspace for it further down the line (though I do realize this would take a lot of effort) All of the other locations seem perfectly placed on your map, so this otherwise seems awesome.

Also, I assume the land in between these places is planned to be filled in? Going across a copy/paste texture with nothing in it between settlements wouldn't be very fun.
