If there are new lands,May just be new locations I wanted new cities and villages but,There might be a new realm,Might be molag bals realm cold harbour.

It's almost a certainty to me, the ingame map we saw looks nothing like the landscape of any known part of Skyrim. I think they may have placed themselves in a realm of Oblivion, similar to Paradise or the Shivering Isles, because as an island, there is no suitable place in Tamriel for it to represent.
