New Perks

So i read this http://www.gamespot.com/pc/rpg/falloutnewvegas/news.html?sid=6281442&mode=previews&tag=topslot;thumb;1 and while i generally liked that they seemed more useful and powerful than some of the perks in FO3, the Jury Rigging perk just made me think that this is one thing that they didnt listen to fans to. If the mods were any indication, users preferred cross-repair, meaning you can repair rifles with other rifle-type weapons without requiring that you use the exact same rifle. I think it would have been better to enable some sort of cross repair as a default and have jury rigging allow you to use a wider range of equipment as repair parts for any other equipment (e.g. any energy weapon to repair other energy weapons)

There are repairkits too.

I see this perk as a fine addition with good requirements (for what's it worth) to those who invest in repair; and since you can now repair weapons to 100% with any skill, having crossrepair on top of that by default would've IMO been too much.
