New problem...-sigh-

Post » Sun Jun 17, 2012 3:31 am

So I shelved Skyrim for a good 2 months, due to how obviously horrid it is. Just got a brand new hard drive, and now I've run into another, worse problem. I try to load my save (copied from old HDD) and instead of letting me play, it stays on the loading screen (Without showing the usual stuff...just the logo) and then the smoke freezes, and my PS3 requires a hard restart.

Anyone know what the hell the problem is?

I hate you bethesda.

Corrupt save file? Have you tried waiting out the freeze?

i actually put my old harddrive back in, and the game loaded fine :s. I've been waiting for a good 2 minutes now and nothing...only because I hit new game instead of load/continue.

Maybe there's something fishy with your new hard drive?

Well, that fixed it. The loading time is absurd. (worse than Bioware games) but at least it's running. Guess this thread can be closed..
