I wonder if is there any good-heart, talented artist out there already has a working spear model, meshes? I would like to make a spear-mod, both stand-alone and while mounted on horse.

You can check the progress of my mod in the signature . As now I have a working attack/hit system, it would be very easy now to implement a spear-combat and the like. I only lack a simple spear model, and some animation (which I am doing right now)

The Tyranis mod also has spears i believe. Try asking Tyranis if you can use them.
