New spells and techniques for skyrim updates or dlc?

This topic is to just get some ideas of some new spells or like taking spell charging restrictions off if you charge a spell fully it takes up all your magica but the power level of that spell grows and gets stronger and say like a firebolt fully charged would turn into a giant fireball that you can shoot at your enemys just give me some feed back on what new spells you guys would want to see in new dlc or updates.

Our old spells that have been cut and spell creation should be added into a larger expansion pack.

Touch spells, bringing back old spells. I particularly miss Noise, Silence, Open Lock, Lock, & Slow Fall.
And bringing back teleportation, but making it a combat option as opposed to a different kind of fast travel.

Oh, & I forgot poison spells. I miss poison spells so much. And they're already in the game. Spriggans have a poison cloak, & a poison concentration spell.

Spells that inflict status effects would be cool, like damage over time spells, blind or sleep spells, stuff like that

What about a Conjure Dragon Priest spell? My friend showed me a mod that added the spell to the game. It was awesome!
Other than that, maybe some higher damage flame cloaks and runes would be nice. That, and they should hurry up and fix the Atronach glitch. Its screwing up my Conjuration speced Altmer Mage

How about something, ANYTHING, that does SOMETHING to make Destruction less pathetic to melee and archery..and basically every other build.

I think Destruction's OK. But I do think the spells should scale in intensity based on player level and their Destruction skill. A 50-hp Fireball is pretty devastating at low level, but a bit... limited when you level up.

make destruction scale and new high level conjuration spells like summon a dremora lord mage or something like that
