From what I can see, only the Canadian Best Buy website mentions the mercenary pack, while neither the EB/Gamestop site nor Walmart make any mention of the Classic or Caravan packs respectively. Does this mean Canadian's are going to be getting the short end of the stick if they Get the game from Gamestop or Walmart?

Personally I plan to play on hardcoe from the beginning which is why I opted to go for the classic pack which has the vault 13 water canteen, and being the solo sneaking type of player I am , I really want that 10mm so I can silence it as soon as possible.

That being said, I'll be pretty upset if I don't get that pre-order bonus. Can someone "offical" confirm that Canadian’s will still be eligible for the Classic or Caravan packs?

No I got the classic pack from my Gamestop & Im in Canada.

Did you already get the dlc code?

No one should have received any code yet until the receive their product, or on release.

I preordered from EBgame, I called them a few days ago and they said there's no word on a preorder bonus. I ordered the PC Collectors.

I ordered from the ebgames/gamestop.ca website and the pre order pack is listed right on the page for the product.
