Is there a difference between the regular and collector's edition of the strategy guide?

I'm not sure about the normal version but the collector's edition comes with concept art, character design, and other pieces from the design process.

There was good discusion about this yesterday.

Mine is #115189. It's a nice guide, and I found the stories in the back to be interesting. Especially the one on Mr. House.
