New Vegas does not start

Hello,
i had installed Fallout New Vegas on Win7 64 Bit (full Patched), Nvidia 285 (latest driver), Auzentech Sound (latest driver), 4 Gb Ram. When I try to start the game, it will be nothing. Oh, sorry, not nothing: Advertising for Steam Games is fully visible :swear:
Does anybody know a solution? TX in advanced

PS: Steam is reinstalled
