Things to ride...I know that the fallout deries is based on survival but there has to be some kind of horse or cars or even motorctcles.if there are none lying aroud in perfect condition you could taake parts from ohter run down vehicles that can spare the parts.
More breeds of dogs or different species as pets....you get the point.
Being able to put add ons on wepons...silencers,thermal google(as apperal not weapon it just came into my mind when i typed this)lasers sights,difernt ammunition.
Costamizable ammour...vendors that have different paints and such to add on to armmour.
DLC...different areas of the us.deep south,coastal,more northern areas as to receive snow..
Notacible season changes.....speaks for itsself.
