New Vegas Nexus...

So I recently got an idea that Bethesda should do, this idea involving the New Vegas Nexus website. And that would be allow people on the consoles (xbox, ps3, etc) to download certain "mods" such as Project Nevada, Underground Hideout, etc. This would be easier to release DLC. But I can see a legitimate reason why they don't, and that is because they don't own the New Vegas Nexus website. But tell me what you think about my idea.

Sony and Microsoft don't allow user-made mods.

This. Sony and Microsoft are the big obstacles.

Plus what about (some of the best) mods that require third party tools (FOMM, FOSE)?

Different file setups? Files aren't as accessable on consoles as they are on PC.

There's also the fact that consoles don't have a datafiles option on the game launcher to activate mods.
