I was just curious if there is an individual in Fallout: New Vegas who can perform facial reconstruction surgery (or something that changes your appearance the same way) like Horace Pinkerton in Rivet City in Fallout 3 'cause I, uh, don't want to play the whole game with a character that I'm not set on yet.
