Is there a Plastic Surgeon in the Mojave Wasteland lurking anywhere? like the one in Fallout 3. Just realised my character has blue eyes and in real life i have green and its really bugging me.

There's always the "showracemenu" command accessed via the console, if you are playing the PC version.

If you're on a PC, you can bring up the character screen from the console and make any changes you like.

~ to open the console, then type "player.showracemenu" (without the quotes)

I kind of feel like it's cheating and wish there was an in game option as well. I rationize it by telling myself that it doesn't effect the game play at all, just my enjoyment of it.

Just a word of warning on using these menus on an existing character. Sometimes bad things can happen, either all your stats and skills can get reset, or your can lose quest history, or I have even seem people lose all their Fast Travel Locations and Inventory. This is not a given, but the chances for problems are high enough that you should always always always make a forked save, before you make any changes. Also, the negative effects, if any, will not show up until you Save and reload the character in the future. So, play on that new save with the changes for a while as you may want to go back to a pre-tweaked character. Note, make sure you save and load the character a couple of times as you progress after making the changes before you say all is well.
