Hello I was wondering in New Vegas will you actually be able to join those factions like NCR? Thanks!

Are you kidding me? Yes! The 4 main faction are Mr. House, NCR, Caesars leigion, and the people of New Vegas.

mr. house is a person.... it NCR CL and the people of new vegas

Yes I know, but you can work with him to complete the main quest. I didnt know how to word it.
