Saw/Got the email at 6AM this morning that said tomorrow. So late this evening or around noonish tomorrow is my guess.

Cloud storage seems a bit dodgy, what if the server goes down or they get hacked? i will not be using that feature

the rest is cool though

I like it more than NXE, but I don't care for how 75% of my interactive Home tab is advertising. I still prefer the clean, simple XMB.

The old xbox dashboard was terrible, hard to navigate too many categories too much information on show in one place and just all around messy. I do agree that they have pretty much ripped off the PS3 dashboard, which means they're finally doing something right atleast, I love that interface.

It was piss easy for me to navigate, I didn't even have to look at it.
It went like this > Xbox on > press UP > press "A" > Game Loads, easy as pie.
And if I wanted my friends it was 2 clicks down / Last.fm was 3 with on to the right and the Games Marketplace was somewhere, probably 4 down but I rarely go there since I need a new HDD before restarting my mini archive

PS3s design is a pain for me to use, was in a friends house and he told me to load a game up while he went to the shop...after 5mins he came back to me sitting on the laptop because I could not figure out how to get the game one. (His don't load automatically when the disc tray closes.)

Love the update. I agree the last one was terrible. They had a whole section and 10 panels devoted entirely to MW3. I dont think i ever saw Skyrim in the featured section.

So I downloaded it like 10minutes ago, gave it a wee play around, and came to the conclusion that it is [censored], ugly, unhelpful and more about advertisemant and being the internet than it is being a gaming platform.
Instead of my game being the first thing I see, its Fifa adverts.
I have 6 friends online, now usually when I enter that section its clear, now I have to press some daft button to see them all and with clicking that button I can see 4 including my own avatar. < the fudge am I doing there :confused:

I miss the one I had when i first got my x-box with the green windows that looked roundish then they updated it and everything went flat black and white ...

I sort of like the changes. Still not a nice looking as the one from two updates ago, but I feel it is much nicer than the last one they had. Can't wait to use some of the new features they are implementing.

People seem to be having some issues getting on to live, which I was as well. Waited a bit, got another update, now I am having no problems.

I don't really like it at all, I mean it does look nice but it's a lot more complicated to use than the old one. I suppose I'll get used to it.
