I've created a house, everything seems ok within the interior cell, I've gone through the available tutorial videos & notes countless times and now I just cannot get my house to show up in the game (i.e. when viewing it from the external cell within the Tamriel worldspace after teleporting to the external side of the front door all I can see is the door I placed in the external cell...the house doesn't show up.)

I can teleport between the inside and the outside of the house without any problem.

Any help would be appreciated.

It's a known bug, and it can happen in the CK as well as the game to any large statics (like house exteriors). It will fix itself when the area gets reloaded in either case, by traveling elsewhere then coming back in-game or by pressing the F5 key in the CK.
