I was watching a program I can't remember if it was Attack of the Show or GTV4 or something when one of the reporters was talking about the next DLC for skyrim was going to be something doing online. I wish I co.uld remember the reporters name but, it was said it was going to be a sorta of a beta for the online version when it gets released. the reporter also mentioned he had a good reliable source inside Bethesda but he wasn't allowed to go further into details

Highly highly highly highly highly doubt it.

They may have been talking about The Elder Scrolls Online. That is an mmo by itself and completely separate from Skyrim.
If it was on G4 may have been Blair Herter (forgive me if I mispelled his name) if you were wondering that too.
