I am rooting for more propane and propane accesories, maybe a special armor powered by propane that will let you cast a more powerful flames like spell out of your hands, and no fall damage as it has jet boots that activate after a falling certain distance.

I would like to see some armored hoods that are not faction specific - like the hoods available through the Dark Brotherhood or Thieves Guild.

More hoods is pretty low on my DLC wish-list. Telvanni and Temple robes have proved sufficient for my robe desires.

I'd like to see more blenders in the next DLC... My main character could really go for a smoothie.

Really though- I'd like to see cloaks...

And a FRIGGIN' RANGER FACTION.

Top Priority for DLC should be the fight against the Thalmor/Aldmeri Dominion.

Second should be finding a new High King for Skyrim.

Third should be hunting down the rest of the Dragons named in the Atlas of Dragons, and then either slaying them or insuring that they will be little to no threat to the civilized world (Make sure they act similar to Paarthurnax)

Fourth should be finding an appropriate use for the Elder scrolls that have been discovered (Regardless of whether or not your player turned them over to the Moth Priest)

Hoods just seem kind of out of place if you ask me. But I suppose a few more wouldn't be so bad. Personally I find that the 'Mage's Hood' you can buy is plenty enough. Just wish it came in other colors is all.

Also find it to be BS that only females get masked cowls while males get something closer resembling a Black Baby Bonnet.
