Next game's dark brotherhood.....

Firstly i think Bethesda should focus mainly on a long line of interesting fun, and replayable contracts. And finally at the end maybe some fairly small guild crisis. The cool situations was my favorite thing about OB's DB.
Secondly I think the next leader of the guild should be an ancient Hist tree (as they worship sithis) and it should have psychic powers. And their base should show the beauty and grace of death, and prove their love for the Night mother, not just be made of ugly rock.

I gotta agree there. I liked Oblivion's guilds better. Of course I loved Morrowind's as well, but I just never really got the feel that I truly knew what was going on. All I can remember from Hlaalu was building a stronghold and getting paid 500 gold for retrieving a Daedric Wakizashi. Of course I made a save and stabbed that person with the wakizashi a couple times after I found out that I got ripped off.

Wherever the next installment is set, the DB questline should be far darker with a real gallows humour splattered into the gruesome mix.

The dark brotherhood is almost extinct(only what?like 5 members remaing). It will take it much time to recover. So for their safety it's best they remaing in the shadows.

i can also agree that enjoyed the DB and Thieves guild quest better in Oblivion................BUTTTTT that isnt to say i didnt like the guild quests in this game. I see where they were heading off like the thieves guild u were basically the only one who wasnt being cursed with "bad luck" and the Dark brotherhood questline..i mean really their not even the Dark brotherhood njust a grp using the name until Cicero arrives and u actually shape into a dark brotherhood...i mean i would loved to have done another questline of joining up and moving thru ranks and etc etc but thye went a different approach and showed us "broken" quilds and us reshaping them. in all yes i did enjoy them but i still miss the oblivion/morrowind days lol.

I think the Dark Brotherhood should go. It's so damn cheesy, every single Daedric Cult in the game you just slaughter, except this one daedric cult that just happens to be a player faction over and over. Seriously, if they can remove the mages guild from the lore they should be able to come up with a new assassins faction than dark brotherhood over and over.

I like the Dark Brotherhood better in Morrowind where I could just kill all their deadra worshiping behinds.

yah but if they jump forward another 200 years things could have changed, heck even in 50. And look what happened to the Brotherhood of Steel when they decided to lay low, decay.
