On the nexus modmanager download page it says file not found. Why would the file not be found? Is it website maintenance?

The reason I wanted to download the nexus modmanager was because I want to install the skyui mod and it says it is recommended to install the nexus modmanager for properly installing an setting up skyui. Can I go ahead and install it without nexus modmanager?
