I work day shift right now, and in my last job I did over night shifts. Both of them I found easy to handle, aslong as I had atleast 5 hours sleep before hand. I find myself more focused in the morning but not driven, where as during the night I'm more driven than I am focused. If that even makes much sense
I used to feel more active during the day when I was at Uni, but now that my job revolves around evening and night shifts my patterns have changed a bit. I'd love to get a normal 9-5 one day though.

Thats what my shift is supposed to be but I've move it to a 8 - 4, sometimes leaving earlier than that:)
"Programmers are like vampires. They're frequently up all night, paler than death itself, and generally afraid of being exposed to daylight. Oh yes, and they tend think of themselves (or at least their code) as immortal."
I have a rock solid circadian rhythm. Whether I want to or not I'll get sleepy around 2100, and usually actually go to bed at 2200.
Love mornings, love the normal daytime, hate the sun. I want to move to Seattle or some other place that's overcast like 250 days out of the year. :hehe:
I really like night time but after 12pm during the day is pretty cool, mainly because I've finally woken up properly and function as a human being, not a morning zombie.

In my teens I always felt that I was a night person, but these days I operate much better in the morning. I always feel better when I get up before 8am and always have a more productive day when I rise early. The later it gets in the day, the lazier I become.
Evening person and on weekends also a morning person. (as strange as it sounds) this is because the sun shines right on my TV screen during day time hours and I can't see anything but my own reflection 4-6 hours a day (depends on time of the year). So on mornings before the sun starts shining and on the evening after the sun doesn't shine straight on the screen is when I like it best. I prefer to sleep at nights..
Hmm I think I am mixed. I really do everything about the same, regardless of it being night or day. Although, I do like to drive more when it is night time.

haha sounds just like a recording engineer. The bands record their music during the day and part of the night, then the engineer is mixing and mastering during the later part of the night. Indoors all day. Unless a music video is being shot outside.
Me too. It's even painful for me to be out in the sun since I have photophobia
Photophobia to me would mean scared of photograph, would not go well in my house I'm not scared to go out, I just choose not to since I'm not a wee guy anymore and can't get away with hanging upside down from a tree without being called a drunk or looney
