The answer is probably out there somewhere but there is too much rambling in explanations and I cannot find what I really want to know.

I am aware that before the beta patch 1.4.26 NMM worked perfectly and when you set the load order it stayed that way. After 1.4.26 the NMM order didn't work and you had to set the load order with the skyrim launcher and if you tried changing order with NMM it would redownload all mods again from steam workshop.

Question

Will the latest version of NMM 0.15.13 allow me to change load order the same as I would in skyrim launcher without conflicts/issues? Workshop is fine but NMM is tonnes better.
