Reading the books, there's a lot of interesting and exciting lore to be found. The 2920 series, the tales of Sheogorath against Hircine, Vaermina, and Malacath, and of course, my favorite, the Pelinal collection
I shoot guards in their knees in a hope to dislodge the previous arrow and get them back out as adventurers so I don't have to hear their life story each time I go for supplies.

"I once took an arrow in the knee, then I took ANOTHER arrow in the knee."
I usually read books, chill with my hommy(Aela) at my house in breezehome, check whats up for sale by the blacksmiths, chat with the guards(they can be really deep), and talk to anyone i havent met. That's wat i can think of right now, but im sure there is more.
One of my all time favortite activities is wrecking peoples homes without picking up thier things. Like, for instance, jumping on the dining room table at the palace and running back and forth knocking stuff all over the floor lol.
Reading books by the fire after a long day's adventuring. Swimming. Rock climbing/mountain climbing. Base jumping. Relaxing in a tavern late at night and listening to the bard.
I get a real kick out of casting Mage Light under the waterfalls at night. Every one i pass gets a ball of Mage Light.
I love shooting it at people so that it follows them around. I also do the jump at the hanging signs. And other than that I like to explore all of the coast lines. Some of the most interesting stuff I've found has been along it.
I enjoy decorating my houses a lot more than I enjoy actually decorating my real-life house. Maybe it'd be different if I actually had dwarven armor and weaponry on hand. That's some fine craftsmanship.
