noone betting in caravan : Fallout: New Vegas

title says it all. how do i fix this? caravan is useless if i cant win any money

Apparently the first caravan game you find is run by an NPC who doesn't bet, he just teaches you how to play.

I've only played two games, the first one with the guy in Goodsprings that gives you cards and teaches you to play. The second game I played with someone in Primm, and he bet 175 caps.

I've mentioned in another post, yes I've had someone bet. In the same place that you can find Cass, the woman behind the counter there will bet.

are you talking about lacey? I've tried her and she does not bet either. noone ive encountered so far would bet any money.
