y cant i, visited steam and looked across the web for a link to buy it but there is none, is it in the front page?

This may be a useless question, but which platform are you playing on?

Right now the dlc is only out for the 360. There hasn't been any announcement of when it will be released for pc and ps3.

Since he mentions Steam, I'd say its a good bet he's on PC.
