Ok so I have gotten Camp Forlorn Hope and Camp Golf's reinforcements, but it seems like no matter what I do I can't get McCarran's reinforcements. I have done all of the quests I could find, but I heard there was a guy named Colonel Farber or something? Anyone know where he is and if he has any quests? Thanks for the help... I went from 25 to 30 just searching around and doing random tasks for this stupid quest.

Same here...did all quests in McCarran, but Hsu still doesn't grant me the reinforcements...maybe because I couldn't save the monorail...that might have bugged the quest...

Just tested it with a save right before I entered McCarran and yes, if you save the monorail, you get the reinforcements...so defuse the bomb before reporting to Hsu.
