Not Pickpocketable

Is there a flag somewhere in the npc Edit Base info which prevents the player pickpocketing items? Unable to locate it.

Have you tried the faction TGNoPickpocketFaction ?

I've tried everything and still can't get it to work. Loosing patience very quickly, thanks for the reply though.
