Was wondering if the ash and goo glitch still exists ingame from fallout3 or was this fixed?

I couldn't say for sure, but I use Arcade almost exclusively, and I haven't noticed any slowdown or freezing as a result of the goo piles his weapon leaves behind.
Also, a certain ash pile inside the Silver Rush has disappeared, but I'm not sure if it's scripted that those ashes will disappear eventually, or if it's evidence of the glitch having been fixed.
