NOT WORKING AT ALL : Othor Games

Hello

My BRINK game for pc will not run at all. I can install and it shows up on my Steam account but as soon as i try and play it, It flash's white then my microsoft comes up and says that "Brink is not working at this time"

How can i please fix this so i can finally play this game

i have tryd re-installing, i have tryd verifying it, i have tryd uninstalling and then installing again and it wont work
