I just got my copy of Skyrim, I have started a new game, there is no sound in the game but there is in the opening sequences. Also no one talks or reactx to anything. So I just have been sitting here in the wagon in the village and haven't been able to get off of it and do anything.

(And this is only for the raw hardware & driver variations. Potential software conflicts are far more likely to be game play problems, and developers cannot test for all possible program loads.)
