As the title implies, novac has dissapeared and left a hole in the world that yes, you can even fall into!

Please god someone tell me this is a known issue and there is a fix!

If you have the Steam version, I'd say you should validate your game cache:

i would say disable all your mods and see if novac comes back !

That is the loveliest screenshot I've seen all year

I had that happen with Goodsprings once - and I fell into the void to boot!

Reloading a previous save from outside of Goodsprings fixed the problem.

You might also try fast traveling away from Novac and then fast traveling back, to force the game to reload it.

I had this happen in Fallout 3, stay outside the cell not loaded, make a save, exit the game completely.
Try going back in.
Its not Steam making it happen, its stuff from the game failing to load, which happens sometimes.

I had that happen in Goodsprings also. I walked into the middle of it and I fell into a sort of pond. I Left the pond and was back at Goodsprings. Like the big dummy I am I ran back into it but this time I died when I hit the water.

I had the same thing happen and saved, exited the game,
restarted and loaded the save and it was gone...

I never realized black holes were part of this game... I thought
that was when you were in space...? lol
