Trying to complete the Quest to be able to recuit Boone. I go to talk to people to do the investigation but the option to walk in front of the dinosaur never comes up, so I can't complete the quest. Anyone else have the issue? Any way around it.

Did you talk to him inside the Dinosaur @ night when he is on shift?

Yes, all the little way point makers are on the map, normally I just start the quest talking to Boone, then go straight to the guilty party and let Boone do what he's best at. But without the dialogue option to make them do the dinosaur walk I cannot complete the mission.

Sometimes that guilty party doesn't have the dialogue at first, if you do all those things very rapidly/she's awake and in her office maybe. Don't know why, but it seems like it's a cycle update thing.
Try Waiting 12-24 hours and talking to her again (when not in directly in front of her).
