I have the utmost respect for the modders. Some put out amazing things. I see this as being a great addition to the game. But if I want my own custom house, I just open the CK. This is a nice RP element, but are't you limited to the type of things you can add?
I mean you you can't make it from stone or build a tower can you?
Is it just this area, or can you put it up anywhere?
I see it as being like the decoration options of FO with interior themes. Or the same mechanics of the existing home improvements where you select from a list of options set forth and preselected by the mod author.
Still, no matter how you look at it, it's a nice addition to game. I applaud the creator.
"
The mod works by Enabling/Disabling objects. This means that, when you remove a home furniture set, the containers in the room are "Disabled." They are still there, but cannot be interacted with."
So you can also remove interior decoration if you decided you didn't like that and you want something else, perhaps you want to decorate after The Assassin theme insted of the The Hunter theme or Mage.
"
The home is logic based, it tracks what you have and have not built. Some construction options do not show until it makes sense that they will. Example: The exterior smithy hangs off of the watch tower, so you cannot build the smithy until the watch tower is built. Like wise, you cannot remove the watch tower IF the smithy is present. You have to remove the smithy first."
I think that pretty much explains it?

So you get options here, and that you don't get in the vanilla Skyrim. You only get one options in matter of theme and style.
