In oblivion you could alwways find Npc's on horses wandering the roads and hills. but i havent seen any in skyrim. Have you guys found any?

Some hunters ride horses but chances are you find the horse by itself because they dismount and go after an animal.

I seen a few nobles riding horses every now and then.

All the time. Its normally a Hunter or a Noble

Not often, but it happens. When I see them, I like to hit the horse with wabbajack.

Um...I've never seen this in Oblivion. Maybe like two times with that girl from Leyawiin (or whatever) and the the Newspaper, and even still it was rare. Roads desolate as hell. I've seen it quite a bit in Skyrim however. Mostly hunters.

Anyone else think the road encounters decrease while on a horse? I always see more on foot.
