So, I've come across at least two NPC enemies which have teleported. So, does that mean there's some sort of teleport spell in the game that the player can get? The two I'm thinking of are "The Caller" at Fellglow Keep (part of the College of Winterhold main quest), and one of the ghosts from the "Forbidden Legend" quest. I mean, I have the dragon sprint shout, and I suppose that in a way, that comes to much the same thing, but I'm still curious?

Since they're special enemies they get special powers. Far as I know there's no teleport spell.

etherial shout is kind like a teleport, minus the invisibility. You move from one place to another in another dimension.
