So yesterday I started a new game, since my old one was so messed up. I played for about 2 hours and during the 2 hours I noticed alot of the NPCS I got into a conversation with would repeat a line, or it would seem lagged.

For example, I walk up to someone and get into convo with them and they say "Hello blah blah blah", It'll go to next line, then jump back to "Hello blah blah....." cut off and continue on with the proper line.

OR

It'll lag, after I've finished talking to them and exit the convo, they'll stand there and repeat the first couple lines from the convo I just had with them. Eventually it cuts off and they go on doing/saying what they were supposed to.


Its sort of dificult to explain, but this never occured in my previous game. It seems as though the only NPCS that this happens to are ones that give quests, or are involved in a quest. Anyone else have this issue? I downloaded 1.5 yesterday and started a new game, and this occurs on the new game, not my old one.
