Soldiers who are transporting prisoners to be executed. The two Redguards who hassle people all over Skyrim. That's about it.

No one unless I'm told to or it's necessary for my RP, like my Thalmor agent murdering those who openly worship Talos.

I generally stay away from murder unless its a DB contract. Its hard for me to kill someone because I don't want to walk through ghost towns full of people that are only useful to quests. I actually enjoy a full, robust society. Nazeem, though, can die in a fire. The next time I fire up Skyrim he's going to die, bounty be damned.

In life and in games I start from the assumption that persons in positions of authority are lying or corrupt.

Same here, I only and always murder those in the DB contracts and tries to avoid unnecessary deaths, including Nazeem.

Most of my characters don't murder anyone except Grelod
Those that do have a reason for doing so like the person being a DB target

On my Paladin, nobody. On my Dunmer assassin/thief, I killed Heimskr, Nazeem, and Idolaf Battle-Born when he told me he should bash my head in. Not today, jerk.

Aerin
Sigurd
Nazeem
Maul
All of the Battle-Borns

I may have spelled some of those wrong.

Edit: And now Anise, ever since all this nonsense happened that gave me a massive headache. http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1341340-who-the-heck-is-moira-and-why-does-she-want-me-dead/

There's some Thalmor I attacked pre-emptively, because they had that bounty out on me. And (at least for stat purposes) the imperial soldier I took out with friendly fire while using my 2 handed sword in CQB (complete with decapitation kill animation) might count.

In general, I try to follow the moral code laid out by the Companions. Not because I think the Companions are so great (although my character sure would) but because it fits what I;d conceived of as a "good guy" who is still willing to do socially unacceptable things like work for the daedra, become a werewolf, etc.

Nazeem. I didn't actually murder him though, his wife and two guards did.

The Fury/Frenzy spell is great.
