Every time I try to use the object window to look for something, the editor crashes. If I type a search in the box, it crashes. If I select "all"...it crashes.

I don't understand, I thought this was supposed to be the the tool the developers used to make the game...? I seriously doubt they put up with this insidious amount of crashing while making Skyrim.

Is it crashing or just taking awhile to load, I have an SSD and mine still takes awhile to load up.

And considering that the game is an ESM and the CK can't make ESMs, the CK came out months after skyrim... I don't think they were the exact same tools.

It's definitely crashing, I have to close/restart it to use it again. I don't know what's going on either, I was using it just fine last night but now I can't do anything, and I changed nothing on my PC either.

I'm pretty sure its just hanging up, but try reinstalling the ck
